She started her career with Budget Blinds in the sales department. In 2000,
Creative Window Concepts Inc. became a reality.
Jane has a background in interior design having studied with Sheffield School of
Interior Design in New York.
Recently she has added interior paint consulting to her business.
Jane lives on Whidbey Island and specializes in hard window treatments with
emphasis on island living.

Member of Freeland Chamber of Commerce
Supporter of M-bar-C Ranch
years. The first three years were in the wholesale end of the business. The
following years have been in retail with her own company.
She is an active member of the Window Covering Association of America, with a
degree as a Certified Consultant. Monique is also certified with the Window
Covering Fashion Association.
Monique's primary focus has been drapery projects; consulting with Interior
Designers on design and construction of draperies for model homes. She has
worked with builders such William Buchan, First Builders and most recently
with Port Ludlow Association and DH Horton.
Monique lives in Sammamish and works the greater Puget Sound Area.
